Dropped off 2016 Traverse AWD had issues with transnission shutter. Approved repairs on transmission. Picked up vehicle, ran smoorh, shifts smooth. I am very staisfied with the service and repair on the vehicle. Jeff took the time to show me and explain what parts were replaced on vehicle and what caused the shuttering on transmission. That was good customer service.

I drive a 2004 Honda civic it's a great car in great condition until the automatic transmission stop working on 13 October at 199,043 miles. I interview a dozen local transmission repair shops. I wanted the transmission restored to 100% operational. Like new again. UC transmission specialist overhaul my automatic transmission to OEM specifications. Today is 21 October mileage is 199543 car runs good as new had to do a hotshot run last Sunday get my son to work on time after bicycling trails starting Brackenridge park two bikes and bike rack mounted on the jump on 281 at hildebrsnd 90 to 100 mph to universal city. Transmission 100% operational best investment I made in maintaining this car at UC transmission. Lee and Jeff the mechanic. No games no gimmicks. They did what they said and thensome. Excellent customer service! Jeff and his staff did an amazing job getting my transmission back to working the way it should be. I was referred to Jeff by my mechanic and I now see why he referred us there. They got my car in quick and it was ready in a timely manner. Explained in detail what’s wrong and the process to fix it, did their best to make it affordable ( which they did ) and finished within the time frame given! Great service!! Jeff was a huge help. Recommended by a friend to give their shop a chance. Was not disappointed. Transmission flush, filter, and u joint bearings was an easy fix for this shop. Will visit again for any maintenance on my truck. Transparent, communicative, and fair.

Very good customer service. They allowed me to have my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited AWD in the shop for over a year because I was unable to pay due to not having enough money. Even after it was repoed due to a title loan they got it back because of a mechanics lein on it. And the rebuilt transmission was finally paid off in November of last year. Title loan paid off as well. Jeep runs very good. Love their work. This place is veteran owned and they are my family's transmission shop.
